The Terrace Beach House is right next to Carcavelos Surf Hostel and belongs to the same owner. I was there in winter and it was more a shared flat where people stay for several months. Can be different in summer. The house has three floors, a cozy and big livingroom to hang out together and huge garden with a surfshop next to your door (Ding it) where you can repair or rent boards. They also give lessons.
